About Us

Who We Are:
The Metabolic Signalling Lab is at the forefront of research into cancer biology and metabolic regulation.
Under the leadership of Professor Marco Falasca, our team investigates the intricate cellular processes driving diseases such as pancreatic cancer and type 2 diabetes, with a focus on developing targeted, more effective therapies.
Our Vision
Empowering Health
We believe that understanding the molecular language of cells is the key to defeating some of the world’s most challenging diseases. By combining fundamental science with translational research, our goal is to deliver innovative therapies that can transform patient outcomes.
